國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳日前印發(fā)通知，要求切實(shí)做好長(zhǎng)江流域禁捕有關(guān)工作以及退捕漁民安置保障工作。通知提出，長(zhǎng)江流域禁捕是保護(hù)長(zhǎng)江和加強(qiáng)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的重要舉措，沿江各地政府和各有關(guān)部門要細(xì)化完善各項(xiàng)政策措施，全面抓好落實(shí)。

China called for solid efforts to implement the fishing ban in the Yangtze River basin, and ensure the livelihoods of affected fishermen after they bid farewell to nets and boats, according to a circular released by the General Office of the State Council. As the fishing ban in the Yangtze River basin is an important measure to protect the river and improve the ecological environment, local governments and related departments should roll out specific policies and measures to ensure its implementation, the circular said.

農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部發(fā)布的《進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)長(zhǎng)江流域重點(diǎn)水域禁捕和退捕漁民安置保障工作實(shí)施方案》提出“三個(gè)確?！保捍_保自2021年1月1日起長(zhǎng)江干流和重要支流、大型通江湖泊（即“一江、兩湖、七河”）等重點(diǎn)水域?qū)嵭?0年禁捕，鞏固332個(gè)水生生物保護(hù)區(qū)全面禁捕成果；確保2020年12月15日前捕撈漁船全部封存管理、分類處置，應(yīng)退盡退、不漏一船；確保退捕漁民轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)安置到位，做到應(yīng)保盡保、不落一人，上岸就業(yè)有出路、長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)生計(jì)有保障。
