近日，中共中央辦公廳印發(fā)了關(guān)于持續(xù)解決困擾基層的形式主義問(wèn)題、為基層松綁減負(fù)的通知。通知指出，今年我國(guó)發(fā)展面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)挑戰(zhàn)上升，再疊加疫情影響，做好經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展工作難度更大，要充分調(diào)動(dòng)廣大黨員、干部的積極性主動(dòng)性創(chuàng)造性。
The General Office of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee has issued a circular stressing consistent efforts to eliminate "formalities for formalities' sake" and avoid placing unnecessary burdens on primary-level authorities. There are more difficulties in promoting social and economic development this year, the circular said, noting that the country faces mounting risks and challenges, as well as the impact brought by the COVID-19 epidemic. It highlights the need to improve the Party's conduct and boost the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of Party members and officials.
