依照《中華人民共和國合同法》、《中華人民共和國建筑法》及其他有關(guān)法律、行政法規(guī)、遵循平等、自愿、公平和誠實(shí)信用的原則，雙方就本建設(shè)工程施工事項(xiàng)協(xié)商一致，訂立本合同。
